When will my order to arrive?

Orders to most countries arrive within 7-10 business days. We'll provide you with a discount code if it takes any longer.

How often are new products added?

We usually introduce new products monthly! Join our mailing to receive monthly discount codes.

How do I use my discount code?

Discount codes can be entered at checkout. If ever you have any questions about our discounts, don't hesitate to reach out to our staff. 

What is Marble+Stone's refund policy?

All sales are final, unless of course your item is defective. If you need to reach us about an issue with your order, simply send us an email and we'll be happy to chat! 

What about exchanges?

At this time, exchanges and returns are generally not possible due to our limited inventory. We intend to launch an exchange program in late 2017.
